Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order id canceled successfully, you will get a full refund. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Exchanges

If you item was DOA or has a manufacturing detect, you can send it back for a replacement. Please DO NOT send the items back to the manufacturer without contacting us and obtaining an RMA

Refuds
